Hi all, I've recently set up a free Trello board and of course as part of the sign up process I've been asked to verify my email address. However, I'm unable to do this and not sure where the issue lay - to be clear, I am receiving the verification emails themselves just fine.
However when I click on the verification link, or copy/paste the URL directly into my browser (I have tried both Chrome and Edge), I get two new tabs open which both redirect to the new board I've created, and the board still has the notice at the top stating that I have 14 days to confirm my email address.
Any help or suggestions very much appreciated, thank you in advance!
Looks like it's just going slow - really, really slow. After 90 mins to 2 hours or so, the message finally disappeared and I'm no longer being prompted to confirm my email address.
I am struggling with that as well. I am guessing something is wrong with the website, but it is annoying

I've actually JUST gone into my board and now the message has disappeared so I guess the verification worked eventually. Maybe something in their back-end is going slow so it's taking a lot longer than usual for the verification to process? In any case, give it an hour and a half to two hours or so and see if it updates, that's about how long it took for me in the end.
