I'm unable to log in to Trello today as my email account is not being recognised.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Hi @Ben Cooper,

Blair here from Trello support.

From what I can tell, it seems like there's actually a different email associated with your Trello account compared to the one you've tried to enter on the login page.

I reached out to you directly via email so we can work together to resolve this one!

Let me know here on this Community post if you didn't get my message via email!

Looking forward to getting you logged back into your Trello account asap!

Thanks!

@Ben Cooper Welcome to community.  In the past when this has occurred the individual was using the wrong email address.  Are you positive you have the correct email address?  I have escalated to Atlassian as well so they can look at your account.  Is it the same email address as your community account?
