Unable to link google chat and trello

I am having trouble linking google chat and trello. Our google account is a workspace account. I have added the powerup and mentioned @Trello on the conversation. When I check the powerup on the board it shows "You haven't authorized with any Google Chat teams yet. To get started, add or mention the @Trello in a room you'd like to send alerts to."

There may be a chance this Power-Up stopped working- I'm not able to set up the chat either.

In either case, I found a good "Trello for Google Chat" support article that may be helpful to you: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/trello-for-google-hangouts-chat/

I'll see if there are other options in the meantime.

Correct this is the error I am seeing. I checked out that support article and it is a bit out of day, Hangouts has not been used by google for some time now.

I continuously get this message and have tried from Trello to relink; however still keeps appearing on Google Chat.
