“Uh oh, something went wrong” message I get when trying to add TeamGantt to a Trello board

Hi there, thank you for any help!

I am trying to set up the TeamGantt power-up Trello.

I had a pre-existing TeamGantt account, but when I signed in via the enabled power-up on Trello, Trello just tells me "Uh oh, something went wrong" and that's it. I have tried resetting the TeamGantt password but Trello gave me the same response.

What might be the solution to this?

I have tried all the solutions from an older question on this same matter but nothing works.

Hi @Jorge ! Welcome to the community :) Someone from the community might be able to help out, but have you reached out to TeamGantt support? (support@teamgantt.com). It might be more of a them issue rather than a Trello issue. In the meantime, maybe try from different browsers or an incognito browser?
