Hi,

with the new editor, some URLs are automatically converted into inline or card view.

It is pretty useful, but for some reason, It does not work properly for some URL.

I can view the markdown code and notice the "smartCard-inline" is missing for those buggy URLs, but I can't edit it.

Is there any way to get it right?

Thanks !

Hi, Maxime!

First of all, welcome to the community!

Regarding your issue, there are some settings for the SmartLinks which you can access in via: https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/link-preferences

I'm wondering how are they not working properly for you. Is this something that happens to specific links or domains, or maybe in a specific section of the card they behave like that, or even if this isn't a behavior coming from exceptions to the default view?

Would you mind raising a ticket to us with this information so we can investigate more thoroughly?

Thanks a lot in advance!
