Two of my Workspace member cant join any workspace board

Hi all,
i have a weird thing going on. I do have a workspace member which was invitet by mail as all the others. He is visable in my Workspace members list. He can also see the Board, but is not able to write or join cards etc. He just can see the Board.
In the Members List the "Show Board" Button is grey.
The Member has allready deletet an reinstalled the App on all Devices. During this i have kicked him out of the Board an reinvited him. Nothing new in the End.
Anny suggestions here?

Hi Armin,
It seems that this user is a Workspace Member, but not a Board member, can you please try to generate an invite link using the "Share" Button under the board, and share it with the user?
