Trying to link cards with same card name

I have two lists that may have the same task (duplicate cards) and would like to create a rule that will automatically link any two cards with the same card name without adding the specific card title into the rule.

So something like, if the card has the same title link the two together.

NOT - If the card has the title Graphic 1 then link with card Graphic 1

It would be based on the title, but not the specific title.

Try when a card is added to the board, find a card titled "{triggercardname}", and link the cards together
