My industry is highly regulated and concerned about data loss prevention. We would like to use Trello enterprise but the mobile app is a problem because it allows data to be downloaded & uploaded outside of our security controls. Is there a way to turn off attachments & upload/download features either in the mobile app or in our enterprise account completely?
Thanks, Rich
@Richard GuyetteThere might be a workaround that can satisfy your requirements: Don't use Trello attachments, and instead use links to your companies private file storage or network drives. These links can be secured by your system administrator, and use of these links can be limited to e.g. SSO allowed accounts/computers.
Thanks for the suggestion Marc. CISO wants something stronger than policy. We generally do use our document management system as you describe but we looking for a lockdown on upload/download of attachments. Need to prevent data loss and block a vector to inject malicious sw into our network. I can't find a way to disable this feature, even at the account admin level.
