Trello ticket does not create in Jira

Hi guys, 

I have 2 Projects in Jura - 1 that I was added to (X), and 1 that I created myself additionally (Y) - both part of the exact same organization. 

I've just installed the Power Up in Trello.

When I create a ticket in Trello  and try to export it to Jira, it works for the board I recently created (Y), but does not work for the X board. If I choose X, Trello takes me all the way to selecting Epic / Ticket creation, and, once either is selected simply closes the ticket window without creating anything on the Jira board. 
Why is this happening?

Welcome to the community.

Do you have the admin permission on the project (x) that you were added to? I believe this could be related to the permission level on Jira. Can you check with the owner of the project (x) to see if he is able to test it on his account and if it has the same issue?
