Trello - start task with SLACK question

Hello, 
So to help give my question some context, I currently have  Trello set up with 3 main columns for Tasks: Daily Tasks, In Progress, and Completed. I have Trello integrated with Slack to send an automated message to Slack if a Task has not been completed by the due time set in Trello. 
-My question, is there a way to set a second time for when the Task should be In Progress(started)?

What I am trying to accomplish is set an automated message to Slack if a task is not started in the designated time .(Similar to the message that is sent if a task is not completed on time).
