I have a list sorted by a custom field value number descending. The numbers recalculate each day by automation and therefore the card order in the list might change. Meaning the top 10 cards are not the same the next day or next week.
I created a weekly report that gives me a numbered list of cards from that list, sorted by the custom field value descending. Thing is, I don't want to see all cards from that list in my report. I'm just interested in the first 10 to 20. The list itself has way more cards.
I couldn't figure out how I can limit the number of cards shown in the report. So how can I achieve that? I'm on paid trello subscription.
Hi @Sue
Welcome to Atlassian Community.
You can filter a board to show only cards by going to the filter menu or by hitting the "q" key on keyboard and setting filter options.
and also go through the below knowledge base urls.

Hi @vikram
unfortunately your answer is not helpful. Let's say my list has 100 cards. I want the email report listing only the first 10 cards in the list, not all 100 cards.
The list limit power up is not helpful because it is not able to prevent more cards to be added than the set limit. Setting a filter does not help because the filter has no such function. Also knowing about general limits is nothing that can solve this issue.
What I'm looking for is something like a pattern which gives me the option of limiting how many cards are listed in the email report. Or any workaround to achieve that.
