Trello not linking to Google Chat

I'm using the Trello bot on Google Chat. When I try to authenticate, the following message appears:

A few things to check:

Are you logged in with an account that has Google Chat available? Did you actually use GChat with that account before? If you're trying to link an organizational Google account, has your organization's google admin blocked Google Chat for your account? Is GChat available in your network (the URL might be denylisted in a firewall)...?

I am using the same account, this is the first time I am trying to use the power-up, this is a personal account.
