We've been using Trello for a while and up until last week when someone updates/created/deletes/moves any of the Trello cards anyone logged into Trello sees the changes immediately without having to refresh the page.
However since last week we're finding this is no longer the case. Now if, for example 2 people have the same Trello board open, and one moves a card, the other person does not see the card has been moved unless they refresh their browser page.
We normally use Chrome, but have tried other browsers since last week, and are still having the same issue.
Hi Lain, I'm also experiencing the same issue today.
I've moved around browsers and it's still the same. For every action to be effected, marking tasks as done, moving cards etc, I need to refresh the web page.
I've cleared my cache, history all of that, same experience. Any tips?
@Dorothy Neil I can't reproduce this, push updates are working fine between different accounts in different Chrome profiles. All I can recommend is that you logout/login to see if there's some stale session data and if the profile persists, jump on a video chat with another member of your team, record your side of the conversion using something like useloom.com and demonstrate the issue, then email that screencast to support@trello.com
