Trello made me premium without askingand I can't cancel. Why is there no customer service here???

This help page confirms what happens if you don't want to extend beyond the trial.

If you have a free instance...

Your free trial will be cancelled at the end of the trial period if you don’t add a credit card. If you add a credit card to your subscription, your subscription will auto-renew at the end of the trial period. 

Or, if you have Standard...

If you start a Premium trial on your Standard Workspace but don’t want to move to the Premium subscription at the end of the trial, you can opt out.

I assume any move to a Premium trial is potentially linked to the new collaborator limit; do you have a Free instance still with >10 collaborators?
