I just created my workspace and I only have 1 member, myself. I currently have the 14 day trial even though I tried to cancel it but couldn't. I was trying to add a member to my workspace since we can have up to 10 and it tells me that I wouldn't be changed now but I will be in Feb. Why is it saying that when I'm the only person on my workspace?

Welcome to the community.
When you start a new workspace a free trial is now activated, I can cancel in the system for you in case you want it, there's no way of native removing the trial at the moment. If you didn't put a credit card information don't worry, there won't be any charges since after the 14 days the trial will be over as well, this is the standard message saying that every extra member on the workspace have costs.

Hi and thank you! That would be amazing if you can cancel the trial, I would really appreciate that. And I haven't added any billing information, it's confusing that there is a standard message that adding a member will have a cost when I haven't reached the 10 member cap yet. Thank you, I'll add my members, was afraid to do it and have something go wrong or being charged for members when I'm under the 10 count. I had submitted a ticket because I was unsure if it would be resolved here. the ticket is CA-3351984. Not sure if you need it but here's my workspace: https://trello.com/w/mythicsl/home
