Trello is available in the Teams app store at no additional cost.  When added it will appear as a tab.

Yes, i understand this, but my  question is about licence of trello,  Teams does it connect with the account created in Trello? This i need understand.

All Trello plans (free, standard and premium) integrate with Teams. The licensing cost of Trello is the same whether you access it through Teams or through a web browser.
