Hi,

I am trying to integrate our Jira server (On Prem) with Trello using the Powerups.

When I provide the URL to authorize, I get an error as invalid URL.

Our Jira instance is accessible from Internet

Do we need to whitelist any IPs of Trello to connect to Jira?

HI RL,

Welcome to the community! :)

There shouldn't be any additional IPs you need to whitelist.

We have this guide which runs through how to get set up with the Jira Power-up: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/using-the-jira-power-up/

Specifically, wanted to call out this bit:

If you're connecting to a Jira Server, you'll first need to install the Trello Connector for Jira Server app to your Jira Server. However, please be aware that your Jira Server has to be accessible on the public internet and not be behind SSO (Single Sign-On). Jira Data Center also needs to be accessible on the public internet and not be behind SSO in order to work with the Jira Power-Up.

Do you have the Trello Connector for Jira Server app installed on the Jira side? :)

Let us know how you go!
