Trello Windows 10 Starting Offline

Dear community,
I use the Trello app on my Windows 10 laptop. Sometimes I am offline when I start this which does not allow me to access my boards. Is there any way to still access it when starting it offline or can you recommend an alternative app with a similar UI which works when starting it offline?

Trello Web and Desktop require an active internet connection and there are no short term plans for an offline mode on those.
