Trello: Is there a way to set reminders for due dates automatically?

1. Currently I'm using Trello to keep track of rentals for a comic library in university - I have two card buttons set up - one for "One week loan" and one for "three week loan" which sets the due date accordingly. Is there any way to also set the due date reminder at the same time, as I'd like it to be set to "2 days before" so I can receive a reminder notification so I remember to send an email out in advance to warn of upcoming rentals due back the following week.

From the pictures you can see I received a notification a month ahead of the renewal. This done using

It is a add-on which you can invoke using http request - an action under "Content" in automation.
