I am working in a board with a teammate. She can't see the Google Drive powerup. When she goes into her powerup menu, she sees Google Drive is there but the edit/settings option does not do anything when she clicks it. I made her an admin to make sure that it wasn't an issue with permissions and that didn't help. Any ideas?

The first thing we'd suggest is checking to make sure your third-party cookies are enabled in Chrome: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647?hl=en
Do you see the same Google Drive issue when trying to connect to Drive in another browser? What happens if you do the following?:
1. Go to https://drive.google.com
2. Log out of your Google account—all of them, if there are multiple accounts
3. Go to https://www.trello.com
4. Login with your password
5. Try to connect to Google Drive
