Trello Gold --> Butler quotas?

Hi everyone :-) 

By looking at the official Trello Documentation regarding "Butler features and quotas" (https://help.trello.com/article/1181-butler-features-and-quotas) it seems this is a bit outdated. 

Does anyone know how purchasing Trello Gold affects the butler quotas and limitations? 

I am specifically hoping to be able to have more than one rule, which my current freee version is limited to.

thanks for the reply. 

This is the page that I mentioned that to me seems out of date as it reads: "Using Butler requires enabling the Butler power-up on every board where you want automations to be performed. Similarly to other power-ups such as Custom Fields and Calendar, Butler counts towards the power-up limit in free and Trello Gold accounts."

This is no longer the case. 

Also it doesn't say anything about trello gold and butler limitations on the amount of rules one can apply.

Hi Kalle,

On that page, it says that the 'Personal' column is for Trello Gold.

So, Gold allows you to have 200 rules/card buttons/board buttons/calendar/due date automations.

Hi again Esme, 

again thatnks for the atempt, but it doesn't quite answer my question. 

It's 200 operations included .. but it says nothing about the amount of rules one can have. 

Also I am still concerned if this page is up to date (as SOME of the text obviously is outdated, like I mentioned to begin with). Can anyone confirm this?

Hi there Kalle!

There is no limit on the number of rules you can have, just on the number of times they can run during the month. You can have as many rules as you like, but when you hit your command run limit (or operation limit), they'll stop running until the 1st of the following month.

Command runs consist of rules, so if you have 10 rules that run 10 times through the month, that'll be 100 of the 200, if you then press a card button 50 times, that'll be 150 of your 200 used, then calendar commands, say one a day, = 31, that'll be 181 of 200 used.

@Esme Crutchley Thanks to your answers I got the exact details I was looking for about the 'Number' of rules allowed in Trello gold. I have one more query, is there is a limit on number of board buttons or card buttons in trello gold?

Be prepared for disappointment as you will run into the Trello Gold 200 commands limit very easily, there is no way to pay for more, and then Butler is disabled for the rest of the month.

200 commands/month equates to a bit over 6 commands/day. If you add a single daily calendar rule then you're down to 5/day. A couple of list rules or a due date rule and that is easily blown. That's not even considering using card or board buttons.

How does the month work. Is it from the date you started (30 days) or does it start  from the 1st of every month

Please assist in managing quotas, i have a premium account and have reached. y quota with regards to butler automations. I am not the admin for said board nor workspace, please assist.
