Have a few simple free trello boards that have suddenly dissapeared from my Trello workspace. Have been working fro the past few years but now I only get an invite to create a new Trello workspace altogether. Have bookmarks in my browser for those boards but they now only resolve to a "create new" workspace. Also have no "Recents" or "Starred" showing from the Trello menu.
Any reason why this may be or suggestions to resolve?
Hi Rob, welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Rest assured, Trello prioritizes the safety and security of your boards, and we do not delete accounts or content without your consent.
We've received similar reports before, and in most cases, it turns out that the account with the boards was created using a different email address. Have you possibly set this up with an alternative email address or alias?
I noticed that you mentioned having some boards bookmarked. When you try to access them, do you see a button to request access to the board? If so, I suggest clicking it. You might receive a request in your mailbox or, if you used to work with other people on that board, they may receive it and provide access to you.
Additionally, it's a good idea to check if your account is logged in on another device. If so, you can find information such as your username and email address, or even and invite your new account to the boards.
Let me know how it goes!
