Trello Avatar Using Atlassian SSO

No other board member is experiencing this problem even though we all have avatars and use Atlassian SSO.  

When I view the board I can see Dean's avatar.  When Dean views his board he cannot see his avatar in the upper right-hand corner and when he opens a card that has his avatar a strange icon appears along with his name.  Additionally, his dashboard list (dashcard track power-up) is blank.  I suspect the issue is in his settings but I'm unable to pinpoint the issue.

Hi Brinn, welcome to the community! 

That's unusual. The first thing I'd tell you to try would be to open an incognito window of your browser and try to replicate the problem, as it may be caused by a browser extension and an incognito window would disable those extensions.
