Transferring from a dead account

Deleted user August 15, 2023

So i had an account on an email for school, and that email got deleted. I have a new email, but I don’t know how to transfer the old email to my new one. The old email is <>, and the email address I’m trying to transfer my Atlissian account to is <>

Speaking generally (without revealing account specific information), I can see that there's no account under the first email address (as you noted, likely deleted previously). There is an account that exists already under the 2nd email address. If you want to try and recover access to the 2nd account, would recommend submitting a forgot password request via: https://trello.com/forgot

Once you've logged into that account, you can change your account's email address from this URL: https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/email.
