We have several Trello boards and we always use Story and add points and track for each scrum/iteration.

Today, suddenly all Points have disappeared along with the option to choose Feature/Story and add points.   Field is just gone from every cards from every board.

License issue?  Bug?  Browser problem?  Several other users reporting the same thing

Hi James, this sounds like a feature that might have been coming from a third-party Power-Up or integration, do you know if that might have been the case here?

Trello doesn't have a built-in story point or Feature option, so that's my first hunch. It could be possible this was in a Custom field, but those don't have an option to choose Feature/Story, unless it was a separate Dropdown custom field.

It might be helpful if we could take a look at the board specifically, could I trouble you to get in touch with us through trello.com/contact and we can have a look?

In the interim, it might also be worth while to ask the board or Workspace admin if they knew where that feature was coming from, or if they had removed any Power-Ups or integrations recently.

Something else that might be useful would be to have a look at our Power-Up library to see if any of those Story point or Scrum Power-Ups look familiar: https://trello.com/power-ups

We heard that Story points were part of a "Jira" powerup which is being sunset/removed.  So I guess we'll have to look for some other Powerup to allow points to be assigned per each card so from scrum to scrum we can try to gauge our potential workload.   Thanks for the info :)

There are some good options out there in the Power-Up library, but I understand not all of those are always available, depending on your organization.

Custom fields are always an option, or labels with a certain point value: 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, etc, though they don't do the math for you.
