To fix a card in position

Is it possible to fix a card firmly at the first position of a column, so that it remains there even when filtering and the like?

@Marc-Alexander Glunde welcome to the community! there's not an "official" way to do this, but I came up with a bit of a hack for it. I created a hidden label called "pinned" and then made a rule that anytime a card is added to the list, to sort by labels with "pinned" at the top. Here's a video showing how:
