I use List Layouts for Trello and TredoList to arrange my lists in a grid (rather than in a long line I have to scroll across).
Suddenly this week there is a faded white line with a black question mark "help" logo thing. And it won't allow me to move lists around. I can get it to disappear temporarily by moving all my lists below this line. But if I navigate away and come back, I find that one or two lists are now sitting above this weird line and everything else is below. I can't move lists above it, but can only get it to disappear temporarily by moving the top lists below it.
Has anyone seen this behavior before? What do I need to kill to make this go away?
Hi Kimberly,
Thanks for raising this question!
Hmm, this doesn't seem to be related to Trello as I can't reproduce it and haven't seen similar reports recently.
This might be related to the extension you're using, TredoList, but I won't be able to provide much help here as we haven't developed this tool and don't support it.
We have this article for troubleshooting issues with Trello in your browser: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/troubleshooting-browser-issues-with-trello/
It should help you identify the root cause of the issue. You can also try reaching out to the developer of the extension via https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/ccdkhfdflkpacnhjcefjlhlaopfgjkab/support.
Hope this information helps!
