We have a client using and copying our Trello boards in Chrome (which we require for some other reasons), and when he attempts to open the menu bar, it's just blank, like this:
Any guidance here? I've suggested clearing his cache. When I open the same board, even on my personal Chrome account with no connection to my work machine, the menu works as intended.
I'd appreciate any guidance here. Thank you so much, in advance!
Woah! That is definitely some kind of glitch. I agree with you that a cache reset is a good bet, and also, I'd have them try it in an incognito window to rule out extensions. Also could have them try a different browser.
