I just signed up for Trello for the purpose of managing personal projects. I am currently using a template for such purposes, and there is one list that I'd ideally like removed. I tried and tried to find a way to delete it from the board but didn't find any 'delete' button, the only way I managed to get rid of the redundant list is by archiving it.
Is there any way I can delete lists from an existing template?
Hi there!! Welcome to the Community!
Lists can't be permanently deleted on the original board. Instead, they can be archived to be moved off the board. This is an effort to avoid accidental deletions as they will be permanent.
But, we do offer a workaround in case you really wanna delete some lists. You can check the steps in this article about lists: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/archiving-lists-deleting-lists/
