Technical bug - notifications

Hello there! I am not getting new notifications on Trello on my desktop. However, I am on my phone. When I view notifications on my desktop, the last notification is from a few weeks ago. I've tried clearing my cache/cookies and restarting my computer. This bug has been persisting for a while now. Any ideas? Thanks so much for your help!

Hi Sasha! Welcome to Trello community!

I recommend you follow the steps described in this article to troubleshoot problems with the Trello desktop app, which include resetting the local data and reinstalling the app.

Additionally please check this other page for some things to check when notifications are not working as expected.
