Could anyone please clarify whether Trello templates that require an upgrade for full functionality still work if I share them with other people after the 14-day free trial period?

Hi Raznah, welcome to the community! :)

By templates, I gather you mean the template boards feature outlined here?: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/creating-template-boards/

Once the trial period is over and your Workspace downgrades to Trello Free, the templates board function will become unavailable. Upon reupgrading, it will become available again. :)

The template that I mean is for other party, not mine. If I sell the template to someone, does my membership will affect their template?

If they make a copy of the board, it won't affect your membership. That said, if you were making use of any paid features like custom fields in your board, if they want to make use of those they would need to upgrade to enable those features. :)
