@Project Manager did you send that error message to timecamp support as instructed?
Yes we did. But I think it is a Trello issue as you had a system update yesterday. This error arose after your issue yesterday. Also, TimeCamp is reading all existing cards and boards as archived hence it cannot track time. There is no issue with timecamp for new boards created.

@Project Manager this is the community forum (not Trello's support) but if TimeCamp is reading all existing cards as archived, this seems likely something they will need to resolve, even if it did arise as a result of the Trello outage yesterday.
