Switch to Microsoft Sign In from regular email sign in on Trello

I saw that recently Trello/Atlassian has added sign in functionality with Microsoft accounts. Does this work with Microsoft 365 business accounts?

And if so, is there a way to transfer an existing Trello account (with the normal email/password login) to login with Microsoft?
