Stuck on desktop app in Google login screen with 405 error

Hi, I've installed Trello on my desktop (macbook app). However, since I've connected it to my google account, there's a login screen to my gmail. I get stuck on that screen when I try to login - it gives me an error:

405. That’s an error.

The server cannot process the request because it is malformed. It should not be retried. That’s all we know.

I can't go back, change the login screen or logout anywhere within this screen, I can only use Trello in my browser. If I try to logout or reinstall the app, it keeps leading me to the same screen.

Any suggestions?

Hi Linda, sorry to hear that you are not able to login into the desktop app.

I know you mentioned that you previously try re-installing the app. I just had a user with a similar issue and this helped resolve the issue - It seems a previous save app cookie is blocking parts of the app, please uninstall the app following the steps here and then re-install the app from the macOS App Store.  And let's see if the issue persists

Kindly give this a try and let me know how it goes.

that works !
