Hi Renato,
I'm not sure that this is quite what I intended. The automation suggestion, it seems this would create a card each first Monday of the month, and notify individuals that it has been created.
However, I'm thinking of something more like a recurring meeting appointment in Outlook. It would populate the Trello calendar for the full year. So if members are planning on scheduling something else, they know to pick a different day and time.
We are a volunteer organization, so don't work at the same company and don't have a shared calendar.

So, I figured out a way to do this, but it appears there is a bug in Trello that prevents it.
Basically, I was going to tell you to make a this specific automation:
when a card due in less than 365 days is added to list "Calendar Items", copy the card to the bottom of list "Calendar Items", move the due date by 1 months, and move the due date to the 1st of the month
This would create the cards for the entire year all at once, as you wanted.
The only thing I had yet to test is if Trello would detect a loop and stop the automation.
I wasn't even able to get that far to test it, because I ran into what I STRONGLY think is a bug in Trello. I submitted a bug report here.
If you could like and comment on the post, hopefully we can get the bug fixed, and then my suggestion should do what you're looking for.
