I need some help. I want to improve our Sprint planning. Now We have a board, where we have 1 main card, which collected all the tasks from the sprint (in the checklists). We have columns: to do, initial stage, content doing, design doing, SEO doing, Distribution, Review, Clarification required, Done. We use labels, we use custom fields to prioritize tasks. Not all cards have the deadlines, cause usuallly we set up a dedaline in the main card with checklists, which include all tasks. It doesn't sync (can I set up somehow that the deadline in checklist will sync with the card itself?)
Now I'm searching for a solution which will help me:
- to track the sprint itself and to see the progress within the sprint.
- I want to estimate tasks in T-Shirt sizes or Storypoints or hours.
- I want to set up some automation on board, but don't know what exactly will help me.
Maybe also you will share some best practices on how to work with Marketing in Trello. Some insights and ideas that will help me to make it better and easier for team.

Probably too much to elaborate here but I take each sprint state and manage it in a list and return to the get more work assigned so as to ensure each stage yield the desired business benefits.
