@Kirk Wang this Trellinator command would split the description when set on a card based on the "Course Reserved" text, and create a task for each one linked back to the original card:

Wow that's pretty awesome, I'll have to check out Trellinator. I did figure out a way of doing it in Butlerbot which involved way too many wildcards, but hey it works...

I think the best way to solve this by using Zapier email parse.
Zapier could be a good tool for that. It would work like that:
Resend automatically your emails to Email Parse Inbox --> Extract the data --> Trigger when an email is received --> Filtering to "Do this or That" depending on the data you extract.
