While I get most of my email notifications, I am not getting some of them causing me to miss groups of cards that become due. Below is an image of my current settings for email notifications. I don't believe I've updated any settings in the last couple of years, yet this has been a problem for about a month now. All of the cards have due dates and I created the cards an am the first one to comment/change them so I assume I am still watching them.
Any input is appreciated. Thank you,
Hello, Valerie
Welcome to the community
Are you Watching the list on the board as well as the cards? You can check more details about it at https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/watching-cards-lists-and-boards/
Also, could you please check your settings? Specifically, verify if the "Due Date" reminder setting has been inadvertently set to "None" or something similar, which would prevent notifications from being triggered. Unfortunately, we cannot see these settings on our end, and without the ability to impersonate your account, we cannot confirm this ourselves.
For more information, you can refer to the following link: Receiving Trello Notifications.

Are you able to see my settings screenshot above? I have it selected to get email notifications for all triggering events except moving a card.
Thank you,

Hello, Valerie
Hey, sorry about that—I didn't see the image load the first time I replied. Just caught it now. Does your due date look like the screenshot below too?
Also, just to make sure, is the watcher with the confirmation like the screenshot below?
Kind Regards
