The Trello website (https://trello.com/) still has a twitter / X link on each page, still with the obsolete bird logo.

Given the divisive political content, disinformation, and harassment on twitter / X these days, putting the twitter or X logo on each and every page of a website has become a bad look. A lot of organizations (even if they still maintain a twitter presence) are removing links that drive traffic there, to avoid damaging their brand by association with X.

So - I wanted to suggest removing the X link. If you feel you need a replacement, BlueSky or Threads have similar features and reach. These other sites don't carry the same brand risk (and bad vibes for current and potential readers).

Something to put on the list for spring cleaning in 2025!

Your suggestion to remove or replace the link with alternatives like Threads or BlueSky is timely and aligns with brand-conscious strategies.

Good call! I tried adding a Suggestion - but I can't choose the "TRELLO" project from the dropdown list (see screenshot for what it looks like for me). Is there another project that would be appropriate?

I'd maybe go with Jira Cloud (JSWCLOUD)
