I am looking for a platform which can help us with our Social Media management start up company. Can someone please call me to walk thru a demo of the platform?

@Parris Krygsman

There are a number of power up that has a CRM built in. My concern as expressed several times is whether the contact details are easily accessible so that they can be used with native Trello automation or with software like Zapier or Make.com which can use to do email, SMS, … etc

I used Trello as my CRM. My intake are from Zapier and Make. I am able to handle my outbound emails, file form data and records, send subscription reminders … etc from within Trello. Conversational interactions are handled outside Zapier as they tend to be project and task specific to the customer/project.

I have created a complete CRM solution, which includes using Trello as a leads, Client and contacts database that all connect through to the sales pipeline and it is a joy to use

If working on this with Trello, the ultimate is:

Jotform for client intake

Sendboard for email comms

Trello Board Set-up, Leads, Customers, Contacts, Deals Pipeline 1,2,3 etc...

Trello automation to link all the things together

Make (my preference) or Zapier automation to do advanced lookups, connect Jotform fields directly Trello custom fields.

Make to enable fast pulling of info from contacts/clients to deals

Reports via Blue-Cat or Screenful

@Parris Krygsman I would also suggest looking at CRMble, it is a great power-up for Trello that gets you a simple yet powerful CRM.  The best thing about it is that you can be up and running in no time.

Hello @Parris Krygsman,

Welcome to the community. We have a really powerful Marketing Requests Power-Up that allows you to collect requests from your clients through email and forms on a user portal. The forms are easily editable and each form fill creates a Trello card. We then keep all contacts information in our contact database for you to refer to and take actions later on. The contact database in now evolving into a functional CRM.

If you're new to Trello, feel free to book a demo through our website for free so that we can show you how it works and speed up your discovery process.

Have a look and let me know if you need help,

Cigdem
