Hi there!

I have an issue — the Trello app in Slack is connected, the board is linked, the list is linked, but neither /trello create nor /trello add even typed in chat with the app doesn't create a card in Trello list or board. What can be wrong in my case? Thnx!

Hello Olga! Welcome to Trello community!

Mmmmmm... that looks weird indeed. Have you invited Trello to your Slack channel?

Because @Trello will not automatically join any channels on its own. You can link Trello to your channel by typing /invite @Trello to the channel.

In case you've already done that, I'll kindly ask you to open a ticket our support through the contact form so a further investigation can be done.
