Shortcuts with Mac Korean Keyboard

On a mac with korean keyboard, I cannot use shortcuts.

As far as I know the web browser keyboard has two props. `key` and `code`. Trello is using `key` props.

Windows korean keyboard returns upper alphabets for `key` props. So it's ok. But Mac korean keyboard returns korean characters. 

You should use `code` props.

I've passed this over to our team to look further into. I can't make any estimates on when we'd be able to change the current shortcut behavior, but hopefully that's something we can address in the near future.
