I was trying to establish a "default diary" but my week is always different. I thought I would look for apps where I could drag and drop pre-assembled tasks and Planyway seemed to be one where I could.
This is what I am trying to do:
- create a recurring to-do list of tasks that need to be completed each week and the time I want to spend on each (for working on my business, not in it)
- have the task duration already set (1.5hrs, 2hrs etc), ready to drag onto the calendar (this is the bit I am struggling to find the settings for)
This way I can book in site meetings, critical dates for job hand overs etc and then drag and drop my recurring tasks into the gaps.
So just to be clear, I want to figure out how to set a "task duration" when it is added to my to-do list so that I can drag and drop.
