I have an automation that when a card is in a certain column a custom start date is set to now() and a blank checklist is added.
If this card gets moved back into this column later in time, I don't want those fields to be updated / added again but I can't see how to set this.
Off the top of my head you need some data that tells you that the action has occurred and you can do that with a label for example, but that is a bit tricky since it is easy to remove. Another can be a custom field that is not shown, but that is a bit wasteful to add checkboxes for this alone...
