Hi there, I just integrated my Trello board with Slack and Salesforce using Powerup. At first, it worked as follow:

1. Front card had field imported from Salesforce opportunity: deal size, closed date and etc. -> now for some reason after 5-6 hours, it's gone all of sudden

2. Within the card, it showed Salesforce Opportunity summary, but this is on and off: sometimes it's there, sometimes it gives me a message that I need to sync with Salsforce (I don't remember exact message)

3. I moved some Slack message over to Trello by drag and drop. It showed inside of the card as text spelled out, but now after 5-6 hours, it's only showing as attachment with Slack link

Could you please tell me what is going on? Am I missing anything here?

Thanks!

It sounds to me like there may be an authentication issue! Trello uses Atlassian Accounts for a number of its integrations and features, and if that authentication gets stale sometimes information won't be fully pulled through.

Could you try from a second browser and/or from an incognito tab with extensions disabled to see if the issue may be related to a browser setting?

From there, try logging in through id.atlassian.com first, then open Trello in a second tab and see if the Salesforce and Slack links pull through.

When you click the button to re-authorize with Salesforce or Slack, do you see the content you expect pop up?

We have more detail on troubleshooting there here: https://help.trello.com/article/736-troubleshooting-browser-issues-with-trello
