Have you checked your automation logs to see if there are any errors or warnings?

Yes I checked, nothing was wrong - I don't understand why this happened every so often and I need to duplicate the rules for it to start working again

Can you show a screenshot of one of the rules that stop working? I know rules that example are based on List names and the list get a new name tend to stop working as rules rely on names and not ids😕... Seeing your rule might reveal that/or something similar

It's "if a green label was added to a card then send an email to..."

As long as you are not giving the labels new names I can't see why it should stop working, so you properly need to open a support case with Trello

How do I do that?

As a paid user you should be able to log in here https://support.atlassian.com/trello/ and press the "Contact Support" button

It never allows me to, I’ve tried it and only option is to get to this community page. Trello option has no way to submit a support case

Try this direct link: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/?postauth=true#/ I have a trello premium and works fine for me. The support docs also say it is for standard and up: https://confluence.atlassian.com/support/atlassian-support-offerings-193299636.html

Could it be that you are on a free plan, and run out of automations allowed per month (250)?

bailey January 2, 2025

No it's a paid plan and it says I have 1,000
