Hi!

I want to create an automation for my board. When a card is added to "A" board List 1, copy the card to the top of List 1 on "B" board, and add a label that only exists in "B" board. Is it possible? Right now, I only can add "A" board's labels.

What I exactly need, is when we add a card in a board to the list, automatically create a card with the same name to another board and add a label from the other board. The other solution could be is to create a card to another board using the same name with an additon. (e.g. "A" board - List 1 - "Cola march" -> "B" board - List 1 - "Cola march screenshot")

Thank you in advance,

Viktor

Hi, Viktor! Welcome to Atlassian Community.

The solution I've found will be something like triggering an event to copy a card when it is created on a specific list:

  1. Open Butler on your board 1
  2. Go to "Rules"
  3. Create a new rule
  4. Go to the "Card Move" tab
  5. Add your trigger using the main list.Screen Shot 2023-01-05 at 12.47.31.png
  6. Select the blue plus icon to add the trigger

  7. Now you set your action which will be under the "move" tab:Screen Shot 2023-01-05 at 12.48.54.png

  8. Select the blue plus icon to add the trigger and save your automation.

This will require you to edit the card's name to add something or manually add a label.

I hope this helps
