is it possible to use the email adress again after I deleted an account with this email. Because I can not change the email to my new one when there is already an existing account using the email.

if the account is permanently deleted, the email should be freed up after the deletion process is fully completed. If you only deactivate the user though the account remains in the system but is inactive. The email is still associated with the inactive account. So id avise you to permanently delete the account if its only deactivated and if the email is unusable after he got deleted id try clearing my browser cache and if that doesnt work either than you have to contact atlassian support since youre dealing with a bug.
