Reset userdata

Question

We have set up a trello planning board for our factory, but when we set up the assignees, we did this with non existing emailadresses because they did not have to log in to the system themselves. But now we DO want them to log in, buet we can not do a password reset because the mail does not exist and they can not login to trello.

Hope this makes sense en someone has a suggestion.

Do you still have access to your previous Trello account? Logged on your phone or browser? If you do, you can log in and invite the new accounts with the correct emails (you have to create an account with your correct email) as admin of the boards and then remove the wrong emails.

In case you don't have the account logged. You can try to log in by getting the correct email and password. - For security reasons, we don't have the tools to change the email address on behalf of the user. So sorry for that, but it is for your safety.- If you don't have the password, I'm sorry, but you won't be able log in without access to the mailbox (to reset the password). But from what you described I believe you have access or at least someone had to log in and create the board to invite those users.
