Reports not working

I am trying to create an automation to email a report of the cards in my "Done" list. I have tried multiple times. Even copied the example on the help page. And the email just shows me my message, no report.

What am i doing wrong?

Hi @Alice Caban 

You have to include the report variable {$Done_Today} in your email message:

and send an email notification to "alice@beboldva.com" with subject "Tasks Completed" and message "Take a look at all the things I accomplished today: \n {$Done_Today}
